Account Deletion Policy

This page explains how to delete your Moxa account and what happens to your data when you do.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Moxa account, email stacey@moxa.money from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will confirm your request and begin the deletion process.
What happens after you request deletion
When we receive your request, your account enters a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. We will send a confirmation email with your scheduled deletion date. During this period, your account is deactivated but not permanently deleted.
What data is deleted
When your account is permanently deleted, we remove your profile, connected account data, transaction history, budgets, goals, and other personal data associated with your Moxa account. Some anonymized analytics may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Canceling a deletion request
If you change your mind during the 30-day grace period, sign in to the Moxa app to reactivate your account before the scheduled deletion date.
