Moxa Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Moxa mobile application ("App") currently available as an internal testing release. It will be updated before any public release.
What this version of the app is
This is a demo build of Moxa for internal testing purposes. It does not collect financial data, does not connect to real bank accounts, and does not require account registration. All financial data displayed in the app is pre-seeded sample data.
What we collect
We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog, a third-party analytics provider. This includes:
• App interactions (screen views, button taps, flow completion)
• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Crash reports and error logs
We do not collect your name, email address, financial account information, or any personally identifiable information in this build.
How we use it
Analytics data is used solely to improve the app experience — understanding how users navigate the product, identifying bugs, and measuring feature performance.
Third-party processors
Data security
All data transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We do not use unencrypted connections.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained for at least 12 months.

Changes to this policy
This policy will be substantially updated before Moxa's public launch to reflect full product functionality including account connection, financial data handling, and user authentication.
